Latest Update on the "ELEM-1200RS" Dataset!
The ELEM team has completed the upload of all data for the "ELEM-1200RS" dataset to Hugging Face (https://huggingface.co/datasets/ELEM-Bio/ELEM-1200RS). The upload process for the transcriptomic data of all 1,171 samples was carried out in three batches (P1, P2, and P3), concluding on October 1, 2026, at 22:00 (Beijing Time).

粒曼团队将针对60+种不同WT细胞来源的几百个基因扰动（与“ELEM‑1200RS”数据集有基因重叠）的样本（共计约600个阵列式样本），进行大规模定量蛋白质组学数据的采集，并采用先进的优化后的蛋白质组学前处理工艺，实现质谱上样前后样本间空白样本“零蛋白”残留，以最大限度减少样本间干扰和提升数据质量。“ELEM‑1200RS”数据集和"ELEM-600PR"数据集是针对基因扰动后的细胞样本进行同批次样本的多组学数据采集的一次努力和尝试，期待为行业提供更多高质量数据集。
"ELEM-600PR" Dataset Release Announcement
The ELEM team is set to acquire large-scale quantitative proteomics data for approximately 600 arrayed samples. These samples involve hundreds of genetic perturbations (with gene overlap with the "ELEM-1200RS" dataset) across more than 60 different wild-type (WT) cell lines. We will employ an advanced, optimized proteomics sample preparation workflow to ensure "zero protein" carryover in blank samples between runs, thereby minimizing cross-sample interference and maximizing data quality.
The "ELEM-1200RS" and "ELEM-600PR" datasets represent a concerted effort to generate multi-omics data from the same batches of genetically perturbed cell samples; we look forward to providing the industry with further high-quality datasets.
